To meet your needs and expectations, we regularly diversify our range of aerobic activities, using the latest trends and training concepts. Due to  what you want to achieve: stay fit, relax or lose weight, slim down your legs or firmer your buttocks, we offer a wide range of fitness and aquafitness classes: from shaping and strengthening the silhouette, through slimming and building endurance, to classes for adults with health problems and also relaxation classes. With us everyone will find something for themselves, whether you are just starting your adventure with fitness or have been practicing for many years. Trampoline does not strain your joints during jumping. Regular workouts will help you to relieve stress and recharge with positive energy. Permissible weight of participant is 100 kilograms.

Aqua Cycling
Aqua Cycling
Modern cardio training are conducted on stationary bikes in the water. It is a training for everyone, regardless of the level of advancement, age and sex. Very energetic training, you can burn from 800 to 1200 kcal during one class. Duration: 45 minutes.

Activities in the pool with a high intensity. Combination of cardio-respiratory exercises with strength training and building muscle strength. In this training are used various instruments and accessories.

Exercises aimed at prevention of healthy spine, during which deep muscles are involved, strengthening of postural muscles, stretching of contracted body parts and learning to make and maintain a good posture. They help to get a better feeling of own body and a sense of spirit. Exercise can be done on a variety of difficulty, so that everyone will find something for themselves, and calm music in the background will help you relax.

During this classes you perform both dynamic and static exercises stretching muscles, fascia and other body parts. You will get rid of tired body posturę, excessive tensions, and at the same time, you will relax very well. Duration: 55min
